Half Hog for Freezer

  • What you get:

    • Approximately 60–115 pounds of vacuum-sealed pork (weight varies by hog size and butchering choices)

    • Typical cuts included: pork chops, roasts (shoulder/boston butt, loin, picnic), country-style ribs, spare ribs, hams (fresh or cured by request), ground pork, sausage (seasoned as preferred), belly (bacon by request)

    • Custom cut sheet available — choose thickness of chops, roast sizes, sausage flavoring, cure/smoke options

  • Pricing:

    • Price depends on hanging weight of hog but is $7 a pound on the hanging weight
