  • Pickup at Berkshire Creek Farm or designated local drop points. Delivery options may be available for an additional fee.

  • Standard trim and pack: balanced trimming suitable for general home cooking

  • Custom requests: preferred steak thickness, specific cuts, or special packaging (additional fees may apply)

How it works

  1. Place your deposit to reserve a 1/8 beef share AFTER you contact us for processing date

  2. We notify you when animals are harvested and provide weight.

  3. Processing: animal is butchered, cuts are trimmed, labeled, and vacuum-sealed.

  4. Final payment made at pickup; you take home freezer-ready beef.
